Information under Article 13 of the Italian Code regarding protection of personal data (Legislative Decree nr. 196/2003) and request for your consent for the processing of data.

Dear User,

We specify that our organization takes the necessary organizational, physical and logical measures to ensure data security, with particular reference to the provisions of Annex B of the Italian Republic President’s Decree 196/2003 - Technical specifications regarding the minimum security measures.

Some processing of personal data could be handled by third parties, based in Italy and/or abroad, to which our company entrusts certain activities, in whole or in part, functional to the provision of the above mentioned services. Third parties and any assignees will receive appropriate instructions, with specific operational instructions to the minimum security measures to ensure data’s confidentiality and safety. The said third parties mainly are included into the following categories: credit recovery companies, companies who process traffic data for invoicing, companies charged with printing and forwarding invoices to customers, consultancy firms, credit transfer companies, agents and brokers, franchisees, suppliers of technological services, Content Providers.

You have the right of access at any time to data and to exercise other rights provided by article 7 of Italian Leg. 196/2003. Similarly you can request the source of data, their correction, updating or integration of inaccurate or incomplete ones, or erasure or blocking of data processed unlawfully, or oppose to their use for legitimate purposes to be indicated in the request.
